I wish I had the time to keep up with posting on here but there is never enough time in the day! Summer is here and being home with the kids all day becomes exhausting!

Last week I had the privilege of working with Annie Miller Photography on some commercial shots for my Etsy Shop.  I think she is one of the best photographers in AZ and she captured some AMAZING shots!  I am so excited to work with her again soon! 

My Sis is in Town!!

This weekend was a super eventful one!  My sister was in town from Cali so I could help get her registered at Babies R Us plus I had a sick kiddo and had tons of new orders to fill.  I started the weekend by taking the kids Saturday morning to have their pictures taken with some live chicks for Easter. My friend Tricia took the photos and did an amazing job! After pictures on Saturday we headed out to Babies R Us then Scottsdale to begin the hunt for baby bedding.  Kelly found something she LOVED at the first store so now she just needs to get it ordered and start the room which will be gorgeous!! My sister is such a talented decorator unlike me.  We ended the weekend celebrating mine and Jaden's birthdays at our house Sunday night.  Was so sad to see my sister leave this morning but she will be back in a few weeks for her shower!

Almost One year later!!!

Wow!  It has been almost an entire year since I have posted on my blog.  I think I am ready to make more of an effort to post on a regular basis.  Life just gets the best of me and while I always have good intentions to post on here I just never find the time to do it.

There is no way I can start from where I last left off so I will just give a quick recap of our lives since April 2011. Well.....I only remember the fun stuff!  In August Jace turned 6 and started Kindergarten!  I can't believe how fast he has grown up.  It feels like it was just yesterday that he was learning to walk and he will already be 7 this year.  In September we headed to La Jolla for 5 days to relax with family.  We joined my Uncle Bob and Aunt Connie at their friends AWESOME beach house that sat right on La Jolla Beach.  It was pure heaven! So nice to vacation and stay in a place nicer than your house instead of a tiny hotel room.  The kids LOVED it!  Their favorite part was the evening on the deck toasting marshmallows over the fire.  We also made it to Lego Land for some fun!  My parents and my sister and Kyle were also able to join us.  By far one of the best vacations in a long time!

The holidays of course came and went quickly and now we are already over 2 months in to 2012! Not sure where the time goes.  Jaden will be 4 in April and in a few hours (3:30am) Abe will be standing in line to get Jaden a spot for pre-school for next year.  After returning students registered yesterday it leaves only 3 open spots.  I sure hope we get one as after touring the school Jaden is in love and talks about it every day!  I will keep you all posted!

The other MOST exciting news is my little sister and Kyle are expecting their first child on August 4th!  We just found out yesterday that I will be getting a little nephew!  I could not be more excited!  Kelly shared the news with me just before Thanksgiving and I had to keep it a secret until she told my parents on New Years Eve.  Both Jace and Jaden are thrilled to have another little cousin and Jaden is already practicing how to hold him with her baby dolls.  I can't wait to see them all together after he gets here!

Well....I think I have brought you up to speed.  I am going to try to post a few things from the last month and then I will hopefully be caught back up! 

Jaden's 3rd Birthday!

Can't believe my baby girl is already 3!! She had a fun filled birthday with friends and family! I love my little princess!!

Disneyland!

Last week we took a family vacation to Newport Beach and Disneyland! The kids had so much fun and have been asking when we can go again.  The only disappointment was for Jace. Ever since our last trip we have been promising him that next time we go he will be tall enough to ride Indiana Jones.  The last few weeks he has been asking us to measure him daily to see if he was 46" yet.  He was just about there, maybe a cm or two shy.  We measured him as we got in line and he was pretty much good, no questions were asked.  Then right as we are getting ready to step on the ride they decided to check his height and it was a no go. He was 1/2 an inch too short and there was no convincing them either.  The look on his face broke my heart.  Next time for sure!  He got over it quick and a few toys later he did not mention it again.

Crazy Boys!

Over the weekend Gabe, Amy and Ethan came over for a night of fun and dinner! Jace and Amy's little one Ethan have WAY TOO much fun together! These boys are two peas in a pod and can really get each other going. They NEVER want the night to end and after hanging out two nights in a row you would think that was enough but Jace has been begging for his Ethan ever since!
