Busy/Relaxing Weekend

We started off the last weekend of March with Jace's first t-ball game for the spring season. This season his team is the Lions and they played a great game. I took no pictures because Jaden fussed the entire time since she still was not feeling good so I could not put her down. We were supposed to spend the afternoon Saturday with our friends Melanie and Chris but Jaden was still under the weather and needed to rest. She has been sick for over a week now with a nasty cold. We missed seeing Melanie and her bun in the oven! :( Luckily we will be together next weekend for Lauren's big day!

The kids played together nicely for once this weekend. Jace actually let Jaden play with some toys in his closet. This does not happen very often so I thought I would take some pics to remember this rare moment. Excuse Jaden's nasty nose...she screams bloody murder when I attempt to wipe it.

Sunday we ran some errands and did chores around the house. Jaden also enjoyed her first blueberry pancake and LOVED it. She really has very little interest in baby food these days. We also started introducing the whole milk which she did not even notice. I plan on taking the bottle and binky away next month when she turns one. So hard to believe that is only 2 weeks away.
