Our Latest Project

Abe and a friend of his have partnered up on buying some forclosure properties at auctions and then flipping them after some fixing up of course.  Since we buy them at auction we do not get to view or see the property before hand.  We basically just get the address and that is about it so you really are taking a chance on what you may end up with.  Our first one was pretty much a disaster.  The price was great which explained the condition once we finally got to get inside....after it was already ours of course.  It is a condo located about 2 blocks south of Old Town Scottsdale in a gated community.  Check out some before and after pics below.  Abe luckily has great connections after working in the construction industry the last 6 years so he has managed the entire process. It will be finished and on the market next week and we already have 2 interested buyers.  This is my favorite part of the process!!  I am going in on Monday to do some staging and add a few designer touches to really help it move fast.  We are also pricing it below value just to move it quick. Hoping to pick up another one at auction next week too!
